Two of the main services of the Bed and Breakfasts are cleaning premises and linen. While the former must be performed at every change of host, the second must be at least twice a week. Some laws require the regional daily cleaning of bathrooms and bedrooms. This matter is governed by the law 155/97, which introduced for all companies (including B & B), the HACCP protocol.
